As curators of exceptional wall art, we take pride in our carefully selected pieces and are committed to ensuring you find the perfect artwork for your space. We encourage you to review sizing and specifications carefully before purchase. Should you have any questions, our design team is here to assist—please don't hesitate to reach out.

Standard Returns

We understand that sometimes an artwork may not be the perfect fit for your space. If you are in the UK, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all corner protectors and bubble wrap
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items returned without corner protectors, bubble wrap, or not packaged correctly will not be refunded
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service as items remain your responsibility until they reach us

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

While we take exceptional care in selecting and packaging our artwork, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged or appears faulty:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Provide your order number
• Include clear photographs of both the artwork and the packaging
• We will review your claim and arrange a solution promptly

Important Notes

• All items must be returned in their original protective packaging
• Returns without proper protective materials will not be eligible for refund
• We strongly recommend using tracked shipping services for returns
• Items remain your responsibility until received by us
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
